About Us
GSB Consulting is a small independent services company. The company was started in 2008 by Greg Binon.
Greg spent eleven years with International Business Machiens (IBM) learning and refining the development of the Program Management Office. After mastering the methodologies Greg left IBM with the goal of enabling clients to be in control of project requirements, audit compliance and enhancing stake-holder communications and reporting.
GSB Consultants continues to add qualified professionals capable of delivering these services to our clients.
GSB Consulting INC. focuses on building relationships and services for state and local government clients.
We are a California certified small business and all of our consultants are PMI certified.
